Chief Professional Officer
Recipient of the 2005 National Executive of the Year for the entire Boys & Girls Club of America movement, Joe Lynch has proven to be committed to the success of the organization and its Staff. Some initiatives of note include a building renovation in 1998, creation of a state-of-the-art tech center in 2001 as well as the opening of two extensions in North Haledon in 2002. During his tenure The Club has tripled in membership, currently standing at close to 3500 members!

Chief Operations Officer
Much of the success of the Boys & Girls Club of Wayne is owed to the experience of its Administration, and Kris Smith is no exception. Beginning her career in 1992 as a camp counselor, Kris Smith has since worn many hats, from Athletic Director to Assistant Executive Director. She was Interim Executive Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Pequannock, which has benefited greatly from her years of experience, and has returned to her roots here in Wayne as Chief Operations Officer.

Office Manager
As Office Manager since 1990, Irene's knowledge and ability to balance administrative duties such as human resources and fiscal matters has helped guide The Club to an unprecedented level of achievement. Her experience is a major reason why The Club is so successful in its community and she continues to excel as The Club expands.

Director of Technology
Recipient of the 2005 Most Valuable Professional Award, Rogger Ortiz has taken a simple computer room and elevated it into an exciting hub of digital creativity that has been recognized at the National level. His tireless determination in teaching our youth the latest in technology has earned ClubTech the distinct honor of being the leader in digital programming.

Athletics Director
Hired in 2002 as the Assistant to the Athletic Director, Adrian Polanco has since advanced to the Athletic Director position at the Boys & Girls Club of Wayne. From Football and Soccer to Hockey and Cheerleading, Adrian's athletic department services well over 3000 youths a year!

Unit Director
In 1999 Dave Font was hired for the Senior Counselor position at the Boys & Girls Club of Wayne. Since then he has been promoted to the Athletic Director position in 2002, then promoted once again to the Program Director position in 2004. He oversaw the development of both the Athletic Department and Technology Department at The Club, two programs that help to enrich both the mind and body, the physical and the mental, of our youth. He has since been promoted to Unit Director for the Boys & Girls Club of Wayne.

Education Director
In 1999 Dan Dipsey began his career at The Club working in the After School Program as a Junior Counselor. In 2002, not only did his experience with children increase substantially, from counseling children in various athletic programs to mentoring new members in our Kindergarten Program, but he was also winner of the prestigious Youth of the Year. It is because of his years of experience, dedication and service that he has been promoted to be The Club's newest Education Director.

Early Education Director
Supporting the After School Program and Kindergarten Program for four years and heading the North Haledon unit for the past year, Krissy Standish has demonstrated perseverance in working with youths of all ages. She has since been promoted to Early Education Director, overseeing kids 2.5 to 5 years of age.
